I guess that is why it is called Flesh Golem not a bone minion or a horror. It is Fleshy and you can reuse it unlike corpse.

Yeap....flesh golems are part alive / part dead....they are like some wierd kind of zombie
They have flesh, and they bleed...but their bodie is degenerating back to death...as a PLUS since they are partly alive when they die, they leave a pretty corpse for you to reuse ^^
Latter.

Either I am missing your point or you are missing the point on Flesh Golems. If I'm reading your message correctly, you are asking why does the Flesh Golem have health degeneration. The reason is because the magics that it takes to animate a corpse slowly dissapates (just like other animated minions). The only way to keep the magic strong is to use Verata's Sacrifice or Blood of the Master (or use healing spells or Recouperation/Life) to rejuvinate the magic (in the case of healing, its to repair the decaying body of the animated corpse).
Now, if I'm wrong as to your question, then is your question, why can a golem have bleeding on it? Then the only answer I can give you is that it leaves a corpse. Any monster that leaves a corpse (most skeletons don't, jade armor doesn't, fist and hand of the titans don't, etc.) can be affected by bleeding, poison, and disease.
The Flesh Golem does leave a corpse when it dies, so it can bleed, be diseased, and poisoned.
Hope this helps in explaining the logic behind the Friendly Flesh Golem.

They wanted to convince us that the Ele AoE nerf was based on common sense rules: animals and monsters natually avoid pain.
Well, doesn't common sense therefore dictate that either flesh golems don't bleed or they don't degenerate? Pick one. I don't care which, just choose one or the other.

It's a living animation, made of flesh, organs, etc, and thus can be bled. It's only bound together and forced to continue working by magical power, and therefore is falling apart (degenerating) constantly.

Well, let's think about it. They're flesh golems. They constantly degenerate because they're made to be a temporary ally, not intricately crafted so it can last forever.

There are precedents: Frankenstein's monster was a flesh golem, but after the initial jolt of electricity, he was basically alive. If you don't beleive me: watch the movie.
Traditionally, golems were created by powerful magical incantations and the only way to kill them was to undo the magic, say, by erasing or adding a letter to the magical formula. There was a movie on that one too, but it's pretty old.
Within the game, though, they have the disadvantages of both living and undead creatures.

Because it's a video game, and that's the way the programmers made it. From my understanding, when they were designing the flesh golem, then went "What will make Nigel Strange ask a stupid question?" Then they made the flesh golem... And look... It worked..

Why are you trying to argue with real world logic for a game?
What do you want? Do you want it to be immune to conditions? Or do you want it to not degenerate? Are you asking for a minion buff? Sorry bub, not gonna happen.
You're questioning reality in a game where you wave your staff and call down specks of fire to hit people on the head. They nerfed AOE because it made the game too easy, any other reason is outright silly. The "reality" they were referring to is that most real players will scatter from aoe, so why shouldn't the AI?

Real players don't drop greens when they die, so why does the monsters?

You have blood in your veins and a heart pumping it around, but I still think you'd be bleeding if you didn't have any skin...
